Young at Heart is a fun filled dance class for those aged 60+. In this class we have fun sharing the passion of dance, while keeping fit.

Our Young at Heart class offers a variety of dance styles from Jazz, Cabaret, Bollywood, Dance Cardio and more.  We use dance canes, hats, scarves and other props to give some real fun and diversity to the class, with upbeat and energetic music. 

This is a class that will build a healthy self-confidence, team spirit and a sense of community, in a warm friendly and encouraging environment.
